Porto Doctor On Call provides telemedicine consultations and home medical visits, carried out by healthcare professionals registered with the respective Professional Orders in Portugal. For each consultation, you can expect an individualized medical evaluation, appropriate clinical advice, prescription of medication (when indicated), or referral to in-person healthcare whenever deemed necessary.
Data collected
- Contact or booking forms – we collect data such as name, phone number, email, date of birth, address, and relevant clinical information necessary for assessment and service delivery.
- Clinical data – symptoms, health history, and other health-related data voluntarily shared during teleconsultations or home visits.
