The communication and service from the staff beforehand were very friendly, straightforward, and satisfactory and my interaction with the doctor was also excellent. I felt very well taken care of and well advised. I highly recommend this place.

I had bronchitis on my trip to Porto and Dr. Duarte was exactly what I wanted. He showed up on time, took my vitals, and gave me the prescription I needed to take care of my infection. I would highly recommend this service to anyone visiting Porto.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Unfortunately during my visit to Porto I had a severe back pain which unable me to move I didn’t know what to do or where to go to get help. Doctor on call was my solution. The whole team was super helpful and available every time I needed. Dr Rodolfo was very informative about my treatment and followed up with my recovery. I can highly recommend this excellent service, especially for tourists. I am in Porto by myself and had been ill for two days. When I contacted ‘Doctor on call’ they responded straight away and directed me to the correct hospital and doctor for my needs. I was treated extremely well by all the staff members at the hospital and am now resting back at my apartment. The service checked in with me today to make sure that I am recovering well. So thankful we found Doctor on Call when we had a scary situation with food poisoning on our trip to Portugal. Helped us out when my partner was I'll late at night in Porto spoke wonderful English and was very kind and caring. Provided easy emergency prescription that we were able to fill that night. Also followed up regularly to check in on my partner and provided required paperwork for insurance etc. immediately. If you are unfortunate enough to require a doctor while travelling I could not recommend them enough!

The service was great. A doctor was at our hotel within 2 hours and he was very helpful and thorough. He wrote a report we could use for travel insurance purposes. Would not hesitate to recommend.

My husband saw Dr. Rodolfo Duarte while we were traveling in Porto from the United States. Being sick while in a different country and not speaking the language is very stressful. Dr. Duarte was wonderful! He came to our hotel right away, took care of my husband and followed up with us several times. Ultimately my husband had to go to the hospital and he helped us with that process and checked in with us multiple times during my husband's stay in the hospital. He went above and beyond to support us and help ease our concerns. He is knowledgeable, personalable and caring. I highly recommend him!!

Dr Rodolfo Duarte Excellent doctor, treaded my wife and I on a river cruise in Portugal. Was called early morning and arrived within a few hours to our ship.
